These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the a2jl platform, including all games, financial services, promotional offers, and support interactions. Please read this document carefully. By registering or using a2jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

You must be at least 21 years old to register, fund, or use any feature of the a2jl platform. This is mandated under Philippine law as administered by PAGCOR. a2jl may request government-issued ID at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active a2jl account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — will be merged or closed at a2jl's discretion, and balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. Sharing accounts between individuals is strictly prohibited.
Deposits are credited to your a2jl Wallet in PHP and are non-refundable except where a2jl determines otherwise in its sole discretion. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a2jl login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not it was authorized by you — is your responsibility. Notify a2jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, money laundering, multi-accounting, and any other form of cheating are prohibited without exception. a2jl reserves the right to immediately close accounts and forfeit all balances where prohibited activities are detected or reasonably suspected.
a2jl may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the platform or by message to your registered mobile number. Continued use of the a2jl platform after notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ: This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and a2jl Gaming Club ("a2jl," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the a2jl online gaming platform accessible at a2jl.app. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing a bet, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction, and have read and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

Access to the a2jl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. a2jl reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age at any time, including a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, Pag-IBIG ID, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.
Age Verification: Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed immediately upon discovery. All deposits and winnings associated with underage accounts will be forfeited. There are no exceptions to this rule.
The a2jl Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. By registering, you represent that you are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, and that online gaming is not prohibited in your specific locality. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and may not claim any protection or benefit under this Agreement.
To create an a2jl Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate. a2jl is not liable for any problems, losses, or failures resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the a2jl Platform at any given time. If a2jl detects that a Player has created or is operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — all accounts other than the first registered account may be closed, and all associated balances, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a2jl Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any act or omission by any person who accesses your Account — whether or not authorized by you — will be treated as having been carried out by you and will be your sole responsibility.
You must notify a2jl immediately if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. a2jl will take commercially reasonable steps to investigate and address unauthorized access reports. a2jl is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
a2jl may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals, granting bonus funds, or permitting continued use of the Platform. KYC verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete requested KYC verification within 30 days of request may be suspended or closed.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. a2jl may charge a monthly maintenance fee of up to ₱100 PHP against the Real Money Balance of dormant accounts after the applicable dormancy period. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be permanently closed. Players wishing to reactivate dormant accounts should contact a2jl support.
a2jl currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and Philippine debit cards. Available payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in the a2jl Wallet section of the Platform.
All deposits to the a2jl Wallet are processed and credited in Philippine Pesos (PHP). a2jl does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversions. The minimum single deposit is ₱50 PHP. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Deposits, once processed and credited to your a2jl Wallet, are generally non-refundable. a2jl does not refund deposits except at its sole discretion in cases of verified technical error or failure. Players who are concerned about their spending are encouraged to use the deposit limit tools available in Account Settings.
a2jl is committed to full compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws and AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) regulations. a2jl reserves the right to hold, investigate, or refuse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that appears unusual, inconsistent with a Player's normal activity, or that triggers AML monitoring thresholds. a2jl may be legally required to report such transactions to relevant Philippine authorities without notifying the Player.
Withdrawal requests may only be made from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, depending on your account VIP tier and verification status.
a2jl targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may be longer depending on banking hours and network conditions. Quoted processing times are targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended for accounts undergoing KYC review, for transactions flagged by AML systems, or during periods of high withdrawal volume.
Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. a2jl may request verification of the withdrawal destination before processing. a2jl will not process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to a third party.
a2jl reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours for the purpose of security review, fraud prevention, or KYC verification. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a hold. Withdrawals held for security reasons will be processed promptly upon completion of any required verification.
All bonus offers and promotions available on the a2jl Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds awarded by a2jl are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total Bonus Funds amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion — contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
a2jl monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where a2jl determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or placing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without constituting genuine gameplay risk.
Bonus Funds not wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Important: a2jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to modification will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of claiming, except where modification is required by law or regulation.
a2jl offers a range of games including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, fishing games, and other categories. Game availability is subject to change without notice. a2jl does not guarantee that any specific game will be available at any specific time and is not liable for losses arising from temporary or permanent game unavailability.
All software-based games on the a2jl Platform utilize independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer games are operated by professional studio partners using physical equipment — cards, wheels, dice — under video stream conditions that are auditable. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform. a2jl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the stated Return-to-Player (RTP) parameters of each game.
In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game in progress, a2jl will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from system logs and determine the fair outcome. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. a2jl is not liable for any claimed losses beyond the refund of the original bet amount in such circumstances.
If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during live gameplay, the a2jl Platform will hold the Player's open bets in the game state at the time of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from its current state. If reconnection does not occur within the time limit of the active game session, the bet may be resolved automatically according to the game's programmed disconnection rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a2jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
a2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. a2jl provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:
Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming section of their Account Settings or by contacting a2jl support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals of pending winnings will be processed. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the elected exclusion period has expired. Permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable.
It is a violation of this Agreement for any person under 21 years of age to use the a2jl Platform. a2jl urges all players who share devices with minors to use parental control software and to keep their login credentials secure and inaccessible to anyone under 21. If you suspect that a minor has accessed the a2jl Platform using your account or any account, please notify a2jl support immediately.

a2jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
a2jl processes personal data including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, registered mobile number, GCash or bank account details for payment processing, device identifiers, IP addresses, game activity records, and transaction history. This data is processed for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and improvement of the Platform.
a2jl complies with the Republic Act 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines — in respect of all personal data collected from Philippine residents.
All content on the a2jl Platform — including but not limited to the a2jl brand name, logo, game assets, graphics, software, text, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of a2jl Gaming Club or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial gameplay purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any Platform content. Any unauthorized use of a2jl intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a2jl's total liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in the Player's Wallet at the time the cause of action arose, or ₱10,000 PHP, whichever is greater.
a2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if a2jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
a2jl is not liable for failures or delays in service caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, government actions, or civil unrest.
a2jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks, or conduct that a2jl considers harmful to the Platform or its other users. Where an account is terminated for cause, any balance in the account — including Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited.
You may request closure of your a2jl Account at any time by contacting a2jl support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the a2jl Platform, you must first contact a2jl's customer support team via the live chat function available on the Platform. a2jl aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days where reasonably possible.
If you are not satisfied with a2jl's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to a2jl's management team using the contact information provided in Section 16. a2jl will review escalated complaints and provide a final determination within 28 business days of escalation.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, and governed by Philippine law as described in Section 15.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the a2jl Platform.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
